Conditions for Return:
To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (including the shipping container).
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the return.
- We require the order number to ensure accurate processing.
Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refundable Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs are only refundable under the following circumstances:
- Item has a manufacturer’s defect
- Incorrect item shipped in error
- Product was damaged before shipment
- Product was damaged during delivery
